Envision Health’s 23-Hour Crisis Receiving Center provides short-term, community-based crisis support for adults experiencing a behavioral health or substance use crisis. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can be assessed, stabilized, and connected to the next level of care.
Walk-ins and referrals welcome.
What happens when you arrive?

Our team will greet you, complete a brief safety screening, and help you get settled.

You’ll meet with members of our clinical team who will assess your immediate needs, review medications, and develop a plan for stabilization.

You may receive crisis counseling, medication support when appropriate, nursing care, peer support, and ongoing observation in a comfortable setting.
We will also offer you time to take a shower, eat, and relax.

Before leaving, we help create a safe discharge plan and connect you with follow-up care and community resources.
