Mental Health & Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP)

More support. More connection. A stronger path forward.

Envision Health’s Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured behavioral health and substance use treatment for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy while continuing to live and function in their community.

Through therapy, education, skill development, and recovery-focused support, we help individuals better understand what they are experiencing and build the tools needed to move forward.

🗣️ Group Therapy & 🧠 Coping Skills

Connect with others, learn new skills, practice healthy communication, and work through challenges in a supportive therapeutic environment. Learn practical strategies for managing emotions, stress, triggers, cravings, and difficult situations.

❤️ Individualized Treatment

Treatment is based on each person’s individual needs, goals, strengths, and challenges.

🌱 Recovery Support

Build a stronger foundation for long-term behavioral health and substance use recovery.

🤝 Care Coordination & 📚 Education

When appropriate, our team helps connect individuals with additional healthcare, behavioral health, recovery, and community resources. Learn more about mental health, substance use, recovery, relapse prevention, relationships, and healthy decision-making.

WHAT DOES AN IOP DAY LOOK LIKE?

A Safe Place to Learn, Talk & Grow.

Check-In

We start by checking in, identifying current needs, and creating space to talk about what's happening right now.

Group Therapy

Participants work with a trained behavioral health professional to explore challenges, build insight, and learn from one another.

Skill Building & Education

Sessions may focus on coping strategies, emotional regulation, relationships, communication, recovery, relapse prevention, and other treatment goals.

Take It Into Real Life

The goal isn't just to understand something during group. It's to develop tools that can actually be used outside of treatment.

Talk about it. Work through it. Take it with you.
