Anger Management Course
The Envision Academy Anger Management Program is designed to help individuals understand, manage, and respond to anger in healthier and more productive ways. This program provides practical tools to improve emotional regulation, communication, and decision-making during stressful or frustrating situations.
Participants will learn strategies to recognize anger triggers, develop coping skills, and replace destructive reactions with healthier responses that improve relationships and overall well-being.
This program may benefit individuals seeking personal growth, as well as those referred by courts, probation, employers, or other agencies.
In order to obtain a Certificate of Completion, you must participate in at least 4 sessions. Each session is set at 1-hour intervals, and are priced at $25 per session. This course is free to all current employees and clients of Envision Health Inc.

Court and Agency Referrals Accepted
The Envision Academy Anger Management Program may be used to satisfy court-ordered, probation, or agency-recommended anger management education requirements where accepted.
Participants who complete the program requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion documenting their participation.
